Miranda McCauley hails from Houston, Texas, and has been lucky enough to be apart of many wonderful and/or interesting projects. Gigs have ranged from acting, writing, directing, producing, and casting in films, theatre, web series, and even weird experimental art installation pieces.

Jared was born at a very young age. He grew, as children are wont to do, until he reached manhood.
Along the line he found that acting was something he enjoyed and he pursued it. At present he has been on multiple tours, worked off-Broadway, regionally,
on films, television, commercials, and in web series.
Music is also something Jared enjoys. He has performed with The Weight Boys Band, was the front man for Big Dougie Funk and the Hooligans, and is presently trying to piece-meal a solo album.
Originally from Montana, Jared now lives in New York City where he has an ant problem and recently woke up with a cockroach on his face and a millipede on his arm.
Irma Candiz is an amazing actress who has worked in several film and theatre productions. Irma studied theatre at S.U.N.Y, Brockport, focusing on Stainlovski and method acting. She continued her acting education in Florida where she studied under Ivonne Suhor at Art's Sake Studios there she took intese film training focusing on the Meiser Thechnique and acting orgnically. Her skills have brought her back to New York where she has studied under Scott Powers and John Pollata. Irma has been featured in three national commericials. Irma has been featured in three national commercials. Irma has erformed in the off broadway productions of "A Wound in Time," and "Bonafide Women." She is a proud memeber of the 68c Theratre Crew fr which she has performed at staged reading of Alan Braustein's, "Settling Down." Mad About The Boy is Irma's second feature lengthing film, and she is humbled to have ben included in this beautiful project.

Ja-Ron Young is honored to be a part of the cast of “Mad About The Boy”. He is an actor/stand-up comic/writer based in Nyc. Upcoming projects include the film “Ashes” which he co-wrote. He is also co-host of C.U.Next Tuesday a Bi-weekly comedy show where he also performs! He wants to thank the his cast-mates, director Danielle Earle, and his mom for being supportive about this “following your dreams thing.”

Emily Dalton (Hailey) is a two year old New Yorker, implanted from Charlottesville, Va, with a BFA in Theatre Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University. Recent TV credits include "Safari" with R Train Productions. Recent theatre credits include "Clue" (Round Hole Square Peg Productions), "Macbeth" and "Henry VIII" (Hudson Shakespeare), "The Creator" (Unchained Theatre Festival), "Sfumato" (Iati Theatre), "Five Things: A Webcomic in 3D" (Fringe NYC), "Twelfth Night" (Instant Shakespeare), "Kiss Me Kate" (Play On Theatre), "As You Like It" (Burley Bear Productions), "Romeo and Juliet" (Shafer St Theatre), "A Midsummer Night's Dream" (Mustang Productions). Emily is crazy excited to be a part of such a groovy film!

Jacob Corbett left the Ensemble Theatre of Chattanooga company earlier this year to pursue further acting opportunities in New York City. While working mostly on stage shows, he is grateful to the production team of this project for working with him and teaching him. He looks forward to future film projects.

MAITELY WEISMANN is a performer and producer dedicated to collaborating on exciting new plays, indie films, animations, new media, TV concepts and various other artistic endeavors.
Diving head first into the entertainment world nearly 15 years ago, Maitely has since earned numerous performance roles, has produced several stage & screen projects and has become an accomplished voice-over artist.
You can hear Maitely as the haunting voice of Ali Kemp on Identification Discovery's Stolen Voices, Buried Secrets and see her cameo as a 1930's era agent's wife, Mrs. Levinson, on HBO's Mildred Pierce. Also be sure to check her out as the crazy cake lady in the edgy web comedy, Parker & Maggie, and as a heroine's upbeat bestie in Downsized. Coming up next, Maitely is going multi-cam as a kookie meteorologist wannabe on the mock reality show, Weather or Not.

Marianne is thrilled to be a part of the Mad About the Boy cast. This her second film with PL productions, since appearing in Lover's Game. Marianne is from Grand Rapids, Michigan where she began her theatre career at the age of eleven. She has studied acting at Wayne State University, Moscow Art Theatre, and currently at Larry Singer studios. Some favorite shows include Dinner With Friends, House of Bernarda Alba, and No place to be Somebody.
Meridith Nicholaev was born and raised in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. She attended Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire where she received her BA in theatre. She then moved to New York where she studied Meisner technique at the Maggie Flanigan studio. She recently costared in the indie short film "Wake" and the stage premier of "Loveness: I will only love you once" By Craig "muMs" Grant and developed with Labyrinth Theatre Company.
Kurt Sauer is from Charleston, SC, where he studied Theatre at the College of Charleston. There he began his transition from theatre to film by producing his first feature length piece Ramble. Kurt moved to NYC last year to further develop and pursue his film career. He has acted in several independent films since arriving including Staten and Whisky . Most recently, he co-wrote and directed No2Mauro Productions’ new film Discontent. This is Kurt’s first project with PL Entertainment, and he is excited to join such a talented cast and crew.
